Day 2 - Discover Banff & Its Wildlife Tour
This morning you will discover the natural heritage of Canada's oldest national park on this tour of the Banff region. Build a connection to this World Heritage Site as you visit Banff's landmarks and view wildlife in their natural winter habitat. Hear how the history of the Bow Valley changed when three railway workers rediscovered a hidden treasure, see and learn about wildlife behaviour, habitat, and their winter survival adaptations. Day 3 - Banff to Lake Louise Transfer / Evening Sleigh Ride
Depart this morning for the famed mountain resort of Lake Louise. This spectacular drive through glacier country will be highlighted by massive snow covered mountain ranges and frozen waterfalls. Upon arrival in Lake Louise, you will check into the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise the 'Diamond in the Wilderness. Experience the magic of this spectacular winter wonderland setting.
Horse-Drawn Sleigh Ride
'Sleigh bells ring, are you listening?' This evening you will experience an old-fashioned sleigh rides along the shores of Lake Louise. An authentic Belgian sleigh, gliding behind massive but gentle horses, arrives to greet you. Cozy blankets are handed out as your new friends whinny softly. Then you're off on a magical ride. This is a great way to get close to each other and live the traditions of the Old West. And there are plenty of opportunities to snap great photos before you jingle your way back to the Chateau.

Day 4 - Lake Louise to Jasper Winter Tour
The tour from Lake Louise will take you through some of the most spectacular mountain landscapes in North America. Following the spine of the Canadian Rockies, view a never-ending procession of mammoth mountains, jagged snow covered peaks and over 100 glaciers. The entire day is spent in the majesty of Canada's two most famous National Parks, Banff and Jasper. Departing Lake Louise you will head northwards on the Icefields Parkway, one of the most scenic stretches of highway in North America. Stop for the photos at the Weeping Wall, Peyto Lake, Bow Lake and the Crowfoot Glacier. Travel along the Icefield Parkway to Tangle Ridge and a stop is made at the Columbia Icefields to view the Athabasca Glacier. From here, follow the Athabasca River to the frozen Athabasca Falls, where the waters of the river cascade to the valley floor. Upon arrival in Jasper, you will check into your hotel. Experience the magic of this spectacular winter wonderland setting.

Day 5 - Maligne Canyon Icewalk OR Maligne Valley Watchable Wildlife Tour

Maligne Canyon Icewalk - Daily (Mid December to Early April)
Embark on a tour of one of the most spectacular areas of Jasper National Park. Enjoy a two-hour guided hike during the day or night time, through the frozen ice falls and ice caves of Maligne Canyon. Descend beneath the ice in this unique tour. Guides take you down beneath the frozen surface of the Maligne river, don't worry the water levels have dropped with the freeze, leaving a magical world of ice formations and shelves.
Maligne Canyon Watchable Wildlife Tour - Daily (Year round)
Come and enjoy the beauty of the striking Maligne Valley in Winter. The tour includes a short walk around the top of Maligne Canyon, then a scenic drive up the valley past the mysterious disappearing Medicine Lake to Maligne Lake. The wildlife in winter can include moose, caribou, bull elk, big horn sheep, wolves, coyotes and more!

Day 6 - VIA Rail - Jasper to Kamloops / Transfer to Sun Peaks Resort
This afternoon you will transfer by Jasper Park Lodge shuttle van to the VIA Rail Station where you will board Via Rail to Kamloops. You will travel aboard VIA Rail's Canadian through the picturesque country of central Alberta, into the foothills and the Rocky Mountains. Experience the Canadian Rockies by train and enjoy the exhilarating winter wonderland as you travel through Jasper National Park. Your final destination tonight is the town of Kamloops, located in British Columbia's Thompson Okanagan region. Upon arrival, at approximately 11:00pm, you will transfer by private limousine to the European-inspired village of Sun Peaks, located 45 minutes north of Kamloops, With breathtaking views on all sides, this European-style village is a gorgeous setting from sunrise to sundown, any time of year.

Day 7 - Snowmobile Tour with Wienie Roast
This morning enjoy a 4 hour snowmobile tour with an outdoor wienie roast. It is a great way to be intimate with nature. You can smell the fresh air and feel the sun on your face. Find out why the Sun Peaks experience will take you back to nature. You will receive a 15 minute orientation, safety instruction, helmet, insurance, boots and jackets. The remainder of the day is at leisure to enjoy this European-style village. You will have complimentary access to the fully equipped Health Club. The Health Club has an indoor entrance to a heated outdoor pool, 3 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, and 2 massage rooms.

Day 8 – Wilderness Trek Dog sledding Tour / VIA Rail - Kamloops to Vancouver
This morning is your chance to experience a truly 'Northern' activity. Hook up and race your own team of Alaskan Huskies through the glistening white snow of Sun Peaks. Your professional guides will give you a complete rundown on everything you need to know before you are on your way. The ‘Wilderness Trek’ tour lasts approximately 2 hours and mushes over 12km of wilderness.
The remainder of the day is at leisure. This evening you will depart Sun Peaks and transfer by private limousine to the Kamloops Train Station in time for your departure aboard VIA Rail at 10:45pm. Tonight, you will experience Silver & Blue class aboard VIA Rail's 'Canadian'. Enjoy private bedroom accommodation.

Day 9 - Arrive Vancouver / Vancouver City & Capilano Suspension Bridge Tour / Chef's Table Dinner
In the early morning the train will arrive in Vancouver. Upon arrival in Vancouver, you will transfer by private sedan to your hotel. At the hotel, you will store your luggage with the bell desk and depart on a 5.5 hour tour while you wait for your hotel check-in time. This morning depart on a city tour of Vancouver & the Capilano Suspension Bridge. You will see Stanley Park, Gastown, Robson Street, English Bay, Queen Elizabeth Park and Granville Island. From Stanley Park, you will travel across the Lions Gate Bridge to North Vancouver. Swing 230 feet above the Capilano River as you cross the Capilano Suspension Bridge.
