On no other route can you truly get a sense of the Canadian railroad and the broad expanses that make up this country. Whether you choose a western or eastern departure, you get to experience exciting urban diversity with stops in cities and towns like Jasper, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Winnipeg as well as experience all the stunning scenery in between.
Beginning in Vancouver, you get the British Columbia experience of the breathtaking landscape where ocean and mountains meet on the west coast of the country and carry you through to the to stunning Canadian Rockies where you stop in the picturesque resort town of Jasper. From there the wide open spaces and skies of the Prairies await. In Central Canada you meander through the lake country of Northern Ontario before reaching Toronto.

This route operates year round and takes three days to complete its Canadian railroad journey. It leaves from Vancouver on Fridays, Sundays and Tuesdays and from Toronto on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
